Every roof problem
has a line item here

No mystery menus. What we do, what it typically costs in Broward County, and what’s included — before anyone climbs a ladder. Every job starts with a free inspection and a written quote.

01 · Roof repair

Fix the leak, not just the stain

Water travels. The stain on your ceiling is often ten feet from the actual entry point. We trace the leak to its source, repair it properly, and photograph the finished work so you can see exactly what was done up there.

  • Leak detection & tracing
  • Slipped, cracked & missing tile
  • Shingle & ridge cap repair
  • Flashing, valleys & pipe boots
  • Fascia, soffit & drip edge
  • Flat roof patching & recoating

Typical repair: $350–$1,500.
Same-week scheduling for most of Broward. Active leaks jump the line.

02 · Roof replacement

Four materials, one standard:
built for hurricane country

Broward sits in Florida’s High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, so everything we install is rated for it — Miami-Dade NOA products, sealed roof deck, and the secondary water barrier your insurer likes to see. Prices below are honest ballparks for a typical single-story Broward home, installed and permitted.

Architectural shingle

The workhorse. Wind-rated dimensional shingles in a dozen colors. Best value per year of life, and the fastest install — most homes done in two days.

Lifespan20–30 yrs

Installed from$14,500

Concrete & clay tile

The South Florida look, engineered right: foam-set or screw-down per code, with a modern two-ply underlayment doing the real waterproofing underneath.

Lifespan40–50 yrs

Installed from$32,000

Standing-seam metal

Best wind performance you can buy, reflects heat off the house, and often earns an insurance discount. Concealed fasteners — nothing to back out.

Lifespan40–60 yrs

Installed from$38,000

Flat & low-slope

Modified bitumen or TPO for additions, porches, and flat sections — properly tapered so water actually leaves the roof instead of ponding on it.

Lifespan15–25 yrs

Installed from$9,500

Included

Permit & inspections

We pull the permit in your city, schedule every inspection, and close it out. The paperwork ends up in your hand, not in a drawer.

Included

Tear-off & haul-away

Old roof off, magnet sweep for nails, dumpster gone the same week. Your driveway is protected the whole time.

Included

10-year workmanship

Manufacturer warranty on materials, our written 10-year warranty on the labor. One number to call if anything ever leaks.

03 · Storm damage & insurance

After the storm, before the adjuster

The order of operations matters. Tarp first so nothing gets worse. Document before anything is moved. And never let the insurance adjuster walk the roof alone — their estimate is the opening offer, and it’s written from what they can see in twenty minutes.

We handle hurricane, wind, and hail claims across Broward: emergency dry-in, full photo documentation, a roofer’s scope of damage, and a rebuild permitted to current code once the claim is approved.

If your roof is damaged right now

  1. Do

Move things out from under the leak

Buckets down, valuables out, towel the floor. Photograph the ceiling before and after.

  2. Do

Call us before you call the carrier

A five-minute call tells you whether it’s a claim or a $400 repair. Filing a claim you don’t need can still count against you.

  3. Don’t

    Climb on the roof

Wet tile is an emergency room visit. Our tarping crew has harnesses and insurance for a reason.

  4. Don’t

Sign an AOB on the doorstep

Storm chasers follow every hurricane through Florida. Never sign over your claim benefits to anyone the day of the storm.

04 · Inspections & reports

Paper your roof before you need to

Buying a house, renewing insurance, or facing a 25-year-old roof? A documented inspection answers the question before it becomes an emergency. You get photos, remaining-life estimate, and a written report your insurer or buyer will accept.

  • Pre-purchase roof inspections
  • Insurance & wind-mitigation documentation
  • Annual maintenance checks
  • Real-estate transaction letters

Free with any quote. $150 standalone with written report.
